Free Printable Buffalo Plaid Merry Christmas Banner

This Merry Christmas Banner is a simple banner with letters that are made with the buffalo check design.

You have two options to create a cute Merry Christmas sign. First you can print the banner with the letter in the middle of a white block. This is a traditional Christmas banner. I love how the letters stand out on the simple white background!

Or you can print the banner and cut out each individual buffalo plaid Merry Christmas letters. Cutting out the letters gives you more space to play with and I love layering the letters with other decorative banners like this rustic felt Christmas Tree Garland!

  • Color Printer
  • Heavy Cardstock
  • Hole Puncher (optional if attaching with rope)
  • Tape (optional if you want to tape to the rope)
  • Mini clothes pins (optional if you want to attach to the rope)
  • thin jute rope or decorative twine
  • scissors
  • mounting putty or 3m removable hook

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Print letters onto cardstock (link at the bottom of this page!)
  2. Cut out letters (either with the white background or cut out each individual letter)
  3. Decide how you want to attach the letters.
  4. If attaching the letters with hole punches, then use the hole punch to place a hole in each corner. I only recommend this if you are keeping the white background.
  5. If attaching the letters with tape, then get your tape ready and start spacing out the letters.
  6. If attaching the letters with mini clothes pins, then you will need 2 clothes pins for each letter.
  7. Space out the letters with a small gap between each letter.
  8. Hang up on your banner!
