Easy Step by Step DIY Give Thanks Banner
This “Give Thanks” Banner is one of the easiest Thanksgiving decor ideas to get up in your house.
If you’re anything like me, getting to a project usually stops at the idea stage, because who has the time! This easy and cheap DIY project can be ready in 30 minutes or less and will have you in the holiday spirit when you hang it up!

Tools & Materials
- Cardstock
- Small Clothes Pins or Use Hole Punch
- Craft Twine
Steps to Make Give Thanks Banner
- Print the Give Thanks Banner.
- Cut out each letter flag.
- Decide where to hang the “Give Thanks” Banner and if you will make the banner 2 rows or one row.
- Roll out the craft twine and evenly space the letters
- Hang each Letter Flag on the craft twine (Two of my favorite ways to hang letters is to either use clothes pins to attach to the twine or use a hole punch to thread the twine.)
- Hang the Banner. I use flat stocking hangers to hold my banners on the mantel. If I hang on a window I like to use this mounting putty.
