My son graduates from elementary school this year and will be moving on to middle school. I can’t believe we are already headed to middle school with him. It’s crazy how fast time goes by when you are a parent!

He and his classmates are so excited for a little bit more freedom as middle schoolers. We are all so proud of their hard work and can’t wait to celebrate with them at the end of May.

Our school has a 5th grade celebration day. The kids walk the school one last time and all the classes come out to cheer them on as they get ready to leave. I will probably be crying my eyes out, but I love getting to be apart of these milestones!

To download the free printable just click on the purple link below each image. Each file is saved as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF.

I recommend printing on white card stock paper. You can print at home or send to a local print shop!

Use a hole punch to place a hole at the top and ribbon or string to attach to a bag with cookies. I bought Chickfila chocolate chip cookies for the kids. Put them in a clear plastic party favor bag and attached the gift tags.
